Ingredients

1 large pkg. crescent rolls
1 lb. sausage
1 c. thawed hash browns
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Parmesan cheese (if desired)
5 eggs
1/2 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Press crescent rolls into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cook sausage, drain and crumble over crescent rolls.
