Zucchini Squash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. squash
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 to 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 egg yolk
Preparation

Cut squash into small pieces and simmer for 6 to 8 minutes; drain water.
Heat sour cream and sharp cheese.
Gently heat until cheese melts.
Remove from heat and blend in salt, paprika and egg yolk.
Mix squash and sauce thoroughly and place in casserole dish.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until top is brown.
