Pizza Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can tomato paste (6 oz.)
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can biscuits (10 oz.)
    3/4 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown and drain ground beef.
    Stir in tomato paste, onions and seasonings.
    (Mixture will be thick.)
    Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Place biscuits in greased muffin tins, pressing to cover bottom and sides.
    Spoon 1/4 cup mixture into lined cups and sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes 12 cups.
