Sweet And Sour Chicken With Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
    1/3 c. thinly, sliced onion
    5 c. (8 oz.) frozen Oriental-style vegetable blend
    1 2/3 c. (16 oz.) can Contadina sweet and sour sauce
    rice, cooked
Preparation
    In a medium skillet or wok, heat oil.
    Saute chicken and onion for 5 to 6 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
    Stir in vegetables and sweet and sour sauce.
    Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
    Serve over hot rice.
    Makes 4 servings.
