Sole Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. sole or lean fish fillet
1/2 c. dry white wine
1/3 c. coarsely crushed zwieback cookies
1/4 c. sliced green onions and tops
3 Tbsp. snipped fresh cilantro or 1 Tbsp. dried
2 Tbsp. reduced-calorie margarine
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Place mushrooms in ungreased 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with 1/2 of salt and pepper. Arrange fish fillets over mushrooms; sprinkle with remaining salt and pepper.
Pour wine around fish.
Mix remaining ingredients and spread over top of fish.
Bake, uncovered, until fish fillets flake easily with fork (15 to 20 minutes).
Makes 4 servings, each containing 215 calories, 9 grams fat and 35 milligrams cholesterol.
