Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 c. raisins
3 c. chopped apples
3 eggs
3 c. flour (self-rising)
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. brown sugar
1 small can milk
1 stick margarine

Preparation

Mix all ingredients except apples and last 3 ingredients well. Add apples and stir with spoon.
Pour in an 11 x 7 x 2-inch pan or tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
