Individual Tourtieres - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground pork or sausage meat
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1/2 c. mashed potatoes
salt, pepper and thyme
1 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
Preparation

Fry meat and onion until pink is gone.
Add next 5 ingredients. Open packet crescent rolls; leave for 1/2 hour until workable.
Use one-half crescent roll for each tourtiere.
Place meat mixture size of golf ball on dough and work it up around meat.
Bake in 425\u00b0 oven about 12 to 15 minutes.
Makes 16.
