Sunshine Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. orange jello
    1 c. hot water
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix orange jello with 1 cup hot water, stir until dissolved. Mix pineapple juice with enough water to equal 1 cup, add to jello.
    Allow to set until almost jelled.
    Add shredded carrots, crushed pineapple and chopped pecans.
    Put in mold and place in refrigerator until set.
