Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced, cooked chicken breasts
1 Tbsp. dry minced onion
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts or 1/2 c. slivered almonds
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (2 oz.) jar pimento (optional)
1/2 c. chopped celery or 1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar or American)
1/2 c. onion rings or crushed potato chips
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in large casserole.
Cover with cheese and onion rings or potato chips.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 8 to 10.
