Oven Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef, cut in 1-inch pieces
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    black pepper and paprika
    2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    as many as you want of potatoes, carrots and onions
    1 stalk celery
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomatoes or tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can water
Preparation
    Sprinkle beef cubes with flour that has been mixed with seasoning.
    Toss with Wesson oil in 3-quart casserole or baking pan.
    Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes, until brown.
    Stir once.
    Add vegetables, tomatoes and water.
    Cover and bake 1 3/4 hours at 350\u00b0 or until tender.
