Jagersalat - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 medium potatoes
1 lb. Polish sausage
3 hard-boiled eggs
2 onions
3 kosher dill pickles (big)
8 oz. sour cream
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Cook unpeeled potatoes.
Cook Polish sausage.
Cool before adding to salat.
Mix all ingredients with potatoes.
