Healthy Heart Stir-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 chicken breasts, skinned and thinly sliced
    1 small onion, thinly sliced
    1 carrot, thinly sliced
    1 green pepper, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. celery, sliced diagonally
    1 c. sliced water chestnuts
    2 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. cold water
Preparation
    Heat oil in heavy skillet or wok.
    Stir-fry chicken 2 to 3 minutes. Add onion, carrot, pepper and celery.
    Stir-fry 3 minutes. Stir in water chestnuts, broth and soy sauce. Cook 3 minutes. Blend sugar, cornstarch and water. Add to chicken and stir until thickened. Serve over rice.
