Barbecued Sauerkraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 (16 oz. ) can sauerkraut, drained
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 c. tomato juice
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Brown meat and onion.
Add all other ingredients to browned meat.
This can be made in slow cooker or in oven.\tBake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in oven; about 4 hours if using slow cooker.
