Freezer Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sliced cucumbers
    1 c. sliced onions
    1 c. sliced green peppers
    1/3 c. plain salt
    water
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Combine cucumbers, onions, peppers and salt.
    Add water to cover vegetables.
    Let stand 12 hours; drain.
    Combine sugar, vinegar and celery seed; bring to a boil.
    Pour over vegetables and cool.
    Pack in plastic freezer containers; seal airtight and freeze.
