Baked Clams Oreganoto - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 1/2 oz.) can chopped or minced clams
1/2 can water
1/2 can olive oil
1 rounded tsp. each: oregano, parsley flakes, chopped onion and garlic powder
dash of salt and pepper
Preparation

Mix in enough bread crumbs for consistency to be moist, but not dripping.
Spoon into clam shells.
Do not smooth tops.
Rough tops make more desirable browning.
Place in pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or more until tops are browned and crusty.
Serve with lemon wedges.
