Applesauce Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. water
    3/4 c. applesauce
    1 egg
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. catsup
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together well.
    Form into balls, roll in flour, then brown in oil.
    Place in a covered casserole.
    Mix catsup and water and pour over meatballs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
    Makes 20 to 25 meatballs.
