Sliced Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium sweet potatoes
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. Pet milk
1/3 c. water
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 Tbsp. flour
margarine
1 pie shell (unbaked)
Preparation

Boil potatoes.
Cool.
In pie shell put 2 tablespoons of sugar and 3 tablespoons of flour.
Slice potatoes and layer on top of sugar and flour (one layer).
Sprinkle remaining sugar over potatoes.
Dot with margarine.
Sprinkle cinnamon.
Mix water and milk.
Pour over potatoes.
Don't overfill. Bake at 350\u00b0 until pie bubbles and browns.
