Barbecue Roasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. boneless chuck
    1 1/2 lb. pork roast
    1/3 bunch celery, chopped
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 (29 oz.) cans tomatoes (include liquid)
    2 cloves garlic
    1/3 small bottle ketchup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in roaster.
    Cook at 325\u00b0 for approximately 6 hours.
    Remove bones and fat.
    Shred meat and return to mixture.
    Serve on hamburger buns.
