Lo-Cal Seafood Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh shrimp, cooked and chopped
    1 lb. calamari rings, cooked (optional)
    1 (7 oz.) box pasta shells or spirals, cooked and drained
    1/2 c. each: celery, green pepper, carrot, onion, broccoli, tomato and cucumber
    1 large bottle Kraft Free Italian salad dressing
Preparation
    Blend ingredients together and let sit in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours for flavors to blend.
    If you prefer taste over calorie count, Good Seasons Italian salad dressing from package is better.
