Citrus Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tsp. gelatin
    1/3 c. cold water
    1/3 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. freshly squeezed orange juice
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    2 c. low-fat whipped topping
    4 egg whites, beaten to soft peaks
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in cold water.
    Add boiling water and stir to dissolve.
    Add next 4 ingredients.
    Refrigerate until slightly thickened.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Fold in whipped topping and beaten egg whites.
    Chill.
    Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
