Honey Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pkg. yeast (dry)
5 c. water
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. honey
4 tsp. salt
6 c. whole wheat flour
8 c. white flour
Preparation
-
Put first 6 ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
Mix with electric mixer until there is a smooth texture.
Knead in the 8 cups of white flour to a soft, workable dough.
Let rise in a warm area until doubled in size.
