Banana Crunch Cake - cooking recipe

2/3 c. Parkay margarine
1 2/3 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. mashed bananas
2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
Blend eggs and bananas.
Add combined ingredients to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk, mixing well after each addition. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
Spread Crunchy Topping over warm cake.
Broil until bubbly and golden brown.
