Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium potatoes, diced
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/2 to 1 c. whole kernel corn
    salt and pepper to taste
    milk (1 c. per person)
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and onion in water (just enough to cover) until tender.
    Add corn.
    Heat to simmering stage, add salt and pepper to taste and some margarine.
    Then add milk, about a cup per person. Don't boil, but serve hot.
    Serves 2 to 3.
