Chestnut Cake(Dort Kastanovy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chestnuts
    2 c. milk
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sugar
    6 eggs, separated
    3/4 c. grated almonds
Preparation
    To prepare chestnuts, wash them and make incisions on the rounded sides.
    Roast in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for about 15 minutes.
    Peel.
    Cook in milk for about 30 minutes.
    Rub through a strainer while hot, adding to puree whatever liquid has not been absorbed in cooking process, but reserve 1/4 cup of chestnuts for decorating cake.
