Dill And Lemon Balm Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. chopped dill
    1 Tbsp. chopped lemon balm
    Parmesan cheese
    butter, melted
Preparation
    Mix first three ingredients and add dill and lemon balm.
    Add flour and sugar; mix.
    Put into muffin tins and brush with melted butter.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
