Corn Bread Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box Jiffy cornbread, bake per box instructions
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
3 to 4 tomatoes, chopped
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp
1/2 c. sweet pickles (bread and butter)
1/3 c. pickle juice
1 c. mayo
Preparation

Crumble cooled cornbread and set aside.
Mix mayo, pickles and juice; set aside. Mix pepper, onion, tomatoes and bacon; set aside.
