Skillet Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. uncooked regular long grain rice
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can chicken broth
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    2 c. frozen vegetable combination
Preparation
    In a skillet over medium heat in 1 tablespoon hot margarine, cook rice and onion until rice is lightly browned.
    Stir constantly.
    Stir in broth.
    Heat to boiling.
    Add chicken.
    Reduce heat to medium.
    Cover.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Add vegetables.
    Cover; cook 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and rice is tender, stirring rice mixture occasionally.
    Garnish chicken with lemon slice with paprika, if desired.
