French Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3 Tbsp. milk or cream
    dash of salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. fat
Preparation
    Beat eggs until fluffy.
    Beat in milk or cream and seasoning. Pour into fat in skillet over low heat.
    Cook slowly, keeping heat low.
    As under surface becomes set, start lifting it slightly with spatula to let uncooked portion flow underneath and cook.
    To add herbs, cheese or meat, sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon per egg over top of eggs.
    As soon as all of the mixture seems set, fold and roll it. Serve immediately.
    Makes 2 servings.
