Chocolate (Sauerkraut) Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
    2 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1 c. Steinfild's sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
Preparation
    Thoroughly cream the margarine with the sugar.
    Beat in eggs and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients. Add alternately with water to egg mixture. Stir in kraut.
    Turn into two greased and floured 9-inch round pans or one 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Frost with your favorite chocolate frosting.
