Seven Layer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (10oz) frozen peas
    1 head lettuce, cut in wedges
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    2 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Cook peas for 1 minute.
    Drain.
    In large bowl layer lettuce, celery, green pepper and peas.
    Spread mayonnaise evenly on top. Sprinkle with cheese, then bacon.
    Cover and refrigerate 24 hrs. Toss at serving time.
    Makes 12 servings.
