Steak And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 green peppers, chopped
    2 pieces celery
    4 carrots, sliced
    2 lb. round steak, cut into strips
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can onion soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. pre-cooked rice
Preparation
    In a crock-pot, put prepared peppers, celery, soups and milk over vegetables and steak.
    Cook on low for 6 hours.
    Add rice and cook on high for 1 hour or until rice is done.
