Coated Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 egg white
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    2 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add other ingredients.
    Dip pecans in this, one at a time.
    Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes at 225\u00b0, then turn oven off and let stay for 30 minutes more.
    It takes a good while to dip the pecans, so don't turn your oven on until you get them on the sheet.
