Coconut Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar (I do not use a full cup)
    1 loaf French bread, cut thin
    1 c. shredded coconut
Preparation
    Cream
    together margarine, sugar and egg.
    Add coconut; spread on bread and bake at 350\u00b0 until evenly browned.
