Portland Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 chicken pieces, skinned
    1 1/2 c. crushed Rice Krispies, corn flakes or Wheaties
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Place crushed cereal in a plastic bag. Add chicken, one piece at a time, and shake to coat.
    Place on nonstick baking sheet and sprinkle with pepper and paprika.
    Bake, covered, for 45 minutes.
    Remove cover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
