Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    7 level Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cold water
    1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
    3 egg yolks, well beaten
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. grated lemon zest
Preparation
    Mix sugar, cornstarch, salt and cold water. Add boiling water and stir over medium heat 10 to 12 minutes until thick. Take off heat and add small amount to beaten egg yolks. Then add back to mixture and add lemon juice; cook 2 minutes. Add butter and grated zest. Cool and pour into baked shell. Make meringue and put on top. Bake until brown at 325\u00b0.
