Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, pared and sliced
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1 stick oleo, melted
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, melted
    12 Ritz crackers, crushed fine
Preparation
    Boil carrots for 10 minutes.
    Drain.
    Arrange in greased 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with brown sugar.
    Combine oleo and cheese.
    (I put oleo and Velveeta in measuring cup and melt on Medium in microwave.)
    Pour over carrots.
    Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
