Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    18 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. sour cream
    1 to 2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. scallions, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Melt butter in dish and coat bottom and sides of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch glass baking dish.
    Mix eggs, milk, sour cream and salt. Stir in scallions.
    Pour into prepared baking dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
