Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 baking potatoes
    4 strips bacon
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    Bake potatoes.
    When cool enough to work with, scoop out potato centers.
    Mash potatoes and save potato shells.
    Fry bacon until crisp.
    Leave 3 tablespoons of bacon fat in pan.
    Add onions to bacon fat and cook until clear.
    Drain off all fat.
    Mix together potatoes, crumbled bacon, onion, cheeses, sour cream, salt and pepper.
    Stuff into potato shells.
    Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
