Golden Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes (3 lb.)
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/3 c. butter
Preparation
    Cut peeled potatoes into quarters or wedges.
    Combine flour and cheese in plastic bag.
    Moisten potatoes with water.
    Shake in bag, a few at a time.
    Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Put potatoes in pan in one layer.
    After 1/2 hour, turn the potatoes. Bake for 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
