Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices dry bread
    4 oz. raisins
    1 doz. eggs
    2 qt. dry nonfat milk
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Break bread into quarters and place in 9 x 11-inch cake pan or casserole dish.
    Sprinkle raisins over bread.
    Beat eggs, dry milk, sugar and vanilla for 2 minutes. Pour over bread crumbs.
    Dot with butter and sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until golden brown.
