Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Combine sweet potatoes, butter and sugar; beat at medium speed until well blended.
    Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Dissolve soda in buttermilk.
    Combine all ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Turn dough out onto a floured surface and knead lightly 6 to 8 minutes.
    Roll dough to 1/2 inch thickness; cut with biscuit cutter.
    Bake on ungreased baking sheet at 400\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
