Ingredients

2 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. shredded coconut
dash of sea salt
1/2 c. maple syrup or honey
dash of lemon juice
Preparation

Mix the dry ingredients.
Add the moist.
Stir.
Drop by spoonful on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
