Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 (16 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained (save juice)
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar with 3 tablespoons pineapple juice.
    Add pineapple and cheese.
    Mix and put in greased 1-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle crumbs on top and pour melted butter over them. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Can leave off crumbs; turn upside-down on serving tray and serve on Ritz crackers like a cheese ball.
