Hamburg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken or celery soup
1 soup can water
1/4 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Brown the ground beef and onion and drain. Grease a 3-quart casserole dish. Combine meat with the remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Bake, uncovered, for 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Sprinkle 1 (3 ounce) can Chinese noodles over top and bake 10 minutes longer. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
