Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    2 c. warm milk
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 c. sharp cheese, shredded
    4 to 6 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm milk.
    Add sugar, salt, and cheese all at once and the flour gradually, mixing well.
    Turn out on lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic, about 6 to 8 minutes.
    Place in bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm draft-free place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
    Knead dough again, cover, and let rise until doubled.
    Place dough in 2 greased loaf pans; cover and let rise again until doubled in size.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
    Remove loaves from pans and cool on wire rack.
