Italian Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. Ricotta Cheese
    3/4 Cup Sugar
    3 Eggs Lightly Beaten
    1 pkg. Cake mix
    3 tsp. Powdered Sugar
Preparation
    Mix together ricotta cheese, sugar and eggs. Set aside. Prepare cake mix according to package directions and pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 baking dish. Carefully spoon ricotta mixture over batter. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes or until done. Sprinkle powdered on top before serving.
