Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cooked spaghetti
3/4 c. sliced mushrooms
4 Tbsp. margarine
1 small chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream soup
1 large can evaporated milk
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2 c. cubed cooked chicken or turkey
Preparation

Saute mushrooms and onion in margarine until tender. Add soup and milk; stir until smooth. Turn off heat and add spices, spaghetti, sharp cheese and chicken. Spread in greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Sprinkle Parmesan on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 25 minutes. Serves 8.
