Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. white sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
2 c. grated carrots
4 eggs
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together at once until thoroughly blended. Use 13 x 9-inch ungreased glass dish (the original recipe calls for a pan).
If you use a glass dish, check cake 5 minutes earlier to see if it's done.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
