Baked Orange Roughy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 fillets (1/2 lb. each)
12 Tbsp. butter or less
4 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
4 scallions (white parts only), chopped
2 c. fresh mushrooms, chopped
salt and white pepper
1/2 c. dry white wine
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Butter a large baking dish and sprinkle with half the vegetables.
Place fish on top.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Place remaining vegetables on top, then bread crumbs.
Pour wine and melted butter over top.
Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Serves 4.
