Warm Spinach Salad(Healthful Eating) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
    1/4 c. Sake
    1 tsp. sesame oil
    1 tsp. granulated sugar
    1 bunch fresh spinach leaves, torn into bite size pieces
    1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 1/2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, Sake, sesame oil and sugar.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Put spinach and mushrooms into a salad bowl.
    Toss with warm dressing.
    Sprinkle with sesame seed.
    Serve at once.
